Good, but missing and accessories

This is actually a really nice magnifying glass especially with the three different lens you can put on it. I use it with books that have a really small print. So far, the 2.5x lens is working very well. The handle is also very sturdy and there is an added light for dark areas. So far, good. I was very excited with this product and I'm pretty satisfied with the magnifying itself. However...
The accessories are something else. When I received the package itself the box came crushed and the bottom flap was open. At the time, I thought "no big deal? Right?" Oh how wrong I was. The box advertises it as NEW and has the magnifying glass handle, three lens sizes, a cleaning cloth, a carrying bag, and a brush. Added bonus, they also added a "pocket" magnifying glass (for on the go magnifying!). However, I wouldn't put it into my pocket. An added bonus for that as it wasn't listed on the box. Moving on, I mentioned the wonderful magnifying glass, and at this point, everything is still going well. The cloth is also pretty nice. Look at the pictures and I've compared the included glass with my own glasses cloth, and I know that you can't see this, but an actual glasses cloth is a bit softer. Their cloth is quite bigger though... Moving on, this is where I got disappointed. The bag looks so nice and I wanted to love it as well, but feeling the fabric it's made of made me cringe. It was so coarse and stiff that the drawstring had trouble closing it. I was okay with that, but then I noticed that there was a hole in the bag where the stitching had fallen apart. This was obviously sewn without care, and I'm starting to wonder if it's actually new. (I bought it off the seller with prime shipping.) Still fine with it, I went to look for the brush, but I didn't find one. The box was crushed on arrival, so it might have been lost at the shipping facility.
Overall, it's a wonderful product, but the accessories aren't that great.
